It is my first Yoga class! 

Welcome and we are pleased you start your yoga journey with us! Please arrive 15 minutes early to register and sign the waiver form.

What should I wear?  

Just wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that allows the knees to be visible, and come with clean bare feet.

Do I need to bring yoga equipment? 

For no charge, we are providing high-quality Yoga mat, straps and block.

Any Injury? 

Please advise your teacher before class if you have health concerns or injuries & if you are pregnant or menstruating so that alternative poses may be suggested for your safety.

Should I eat before?

It is best to practice on an empty stomach (at least 1-2 hours after eating). Practicing on a full stomach often lead to feelings of nausea.

Should I drink?

It is not recommended to drink during the practice, be sure to drink plenty of water after.

What should I bring?

You may want a small towel to use in case you sweat. The most important pieces of equipment are your body and mind.
